Dropbox Dash is an AI solution from Dropbox that connects to many of the apps you already use in your tech stack, such as Canva, Dropbox, Gmail, Google Drive, HubSpot, Asana, and Notion. It helps cut through the chaos and organize your material by searching all your connected apps.
In this video, I share how I use Dropbox Dash to: Quickly Find Files: Instead of spending hours looking for files I know I created, I use Dash to find everything quickly and avoid creating the material again.
Create Summaries and Stacks: Dash can search across all my apps and either create a summary that cites its sources or generate a “stack” of collected source materials (documents, images, emails) that I can save and share with my team.
Leverage Semantic Search: I can search for files using descriptions, which is especially helpful for finding images. For example, I searched for a photo using “woman wearing pink” and Dash was able to find the exact image, even though the folder and file name weren’t descriptive.
My goal is to work smarter, not just harder. I’m not reinventing the wheel; I’m just organizing and getting everything I need faster.
