How to Set Up a Zoom Meeting in 2023

1) Go to zoom.us

2) Sign in your account

3) Click on “Schedule”

4) Add the topic of your meeting

5) Add its description

6) Add the time and date

7) Select the timezone

8) Add the recurring information (if any)

9) You can add registration (if you want)

10) Select the meeting ID

11) Choose video option upon entering the meeting

12) Choose audio option (“Both” is suggested)

13) Click on “Show” next to options

14) Select additional options

15) You can add alternative hosts

16) Click “Save” at the bottom

17) Copy the zoom link next to “Registration Link”

18) You can click “Registration” and click “Edit” for more options

19) Add details to your registration under “Questions”
