Jarrod Goldsmith is a Canadian small business community builder and is the embodiment of the small business spirit. An archaeologist and musician by education, he founded eSAX (The Entrepreneur Social Advantage Experience), eSAX Virtual Events, the Pivoted Success Podcast series and also Sax Appeal (Canada’s Premier Saxophone Ensemble).

Kimberly Beaune, CMP CSEP is an award winning event producer and designer. She has helped dozens of clients transition their events to virtual and had been named one of the ‘TOP 250 Event Professionals in Canada’ by BizBash Magazine for the past two years and was nominated as ‘Inspirational Planner of the Year’ by the Professional Convention Management Association – Canada East in 2020.
She is currently serving her second term as Immediate Past-President of the International Live Events Association Toronto Chapter.
Kimberly has spoken internationally on topics such as event production, collaboration, team dynamics, creativity, executive presence and event storytelling and this spring launched her first ebook “Donuts in the Lunchroom – Engaging Teams Through Virtual Events”.
Georgie-Ann Getton, Founder & CEO of GSD Solutions
Georgie-Ann Getton is a NY-based tech ecosystem trailblazer, Execution Expert, mom of two, and the CEO of GSD Solutions, a business development agency she founded in 2019.
She is also a multimedia content creator and speaker for her brand GSD with Georgie. She is the author of “The Art of Getting Sh*t Done”, a memoir and entrepreneurship guide, and the host of Doing The Most The Misadventures of Entrepreneurship Podcast. Georgie is passionate about developing inclusive, innovative, and experience-driven business models.
She additionally holds a seat on the NY Tech Alliance and Caribbeans in Tech & Entrepreneurship Boards.
